Waiting More Than 6 Weeks For Package.

<p>Ordered a package from Loot.co.za on 2017/06/21, received a faulty product on 2017/06/29 and made use of their return policy the same day where it was pickup the next week, and I have proof of them confirming receipt of returned product. Emailed them on 2017/07/11 to find out what is taking so long, of which I was asked to be patient. Haven't heard from them since and they don't respond to my email, it is now 2017/08/05, basically already in the third month from the order date. On my account it indicates I am in possession of the item and it was not returned. Attempting to use return feature again it says it has passed 21 days of the required return time. This is totally unacceptable, a package from overseas is faster than this. Fix your system Loot! I demand a refund!</p>
