Very unhappy customer

I know it is currently Lockdown and that there's a backlog in deliveries, etc. but if you are not able to do the work, maybe dont open. I have purchased 2 s******s and one mini oven on separate orders as the oven was a gift to my brother. I purchased the oven to be delivered overnight as soon as it's shipped, paying extra for it as well. I received the 2 s******s about 2 weeks ago and still nothing on the mini oven. I was contacted 2 weeks ago by Fedex whom confirmed delivery the next day. This was also confirmed with my brother as they had to confirm the area and they promised it would be delivered the next morning....still nothing. I have tried to contact Loot and the Fedex number who phoned us and there was and still is no answer. I have sent emails to Loot, as per their telephone message and yet again....no reply! I feel that my money has been ****** and that this company is **********.
