Very slow service delivery

Ordered 2 items in one order, one item was ready for delivery and the other item still needed to be retrieved from the supplier. After 2 weeks of keep extended the delivery date, I requested the them to deliver the item that they do have in stock. They took another week to only respond to that email request (very slow response). Also note, if you return an item, you pay for the collection costs (unlike takealot).
