Very slow delivery...
<p>Very disappainted at how slow Loot.co.za is ! It takes them 2 weeks just to deliver TWO textbooks. And I need it urgently for university ! Why can't they speed things up??</p>

Many items on our website are dispatched within 24 hours. These items are listed as "in stock" and "dispatched within 24 hours" on our website and refer to items in our warehouse.
However one of the books you ordered was listed as " dispatched within 5-9 working days" as this book had to be ordered in with our supplier.
We have checked your order and see you placed it on 18th July and the estimated dispatch date was 29th July.
We are sorry if you may have missed the delivery time quoted during checkout, when placing your order on our website.
This dispatch time period is based on how long it usually takes for us to obtain an item from our suppliers. This way, we are able to make several million products available for our customers to order.
We will contact our supplier to see if there is anyway we can acquire the book sooner so that we can ship your order early.
