Very Poor Service from Loot.co.za

Early in Desember 2022, I ordered a Hold Fast, snap-on Bicycle rack on Loot. Delivery was supposed to be before the 18th. It didnt arrived and delivery date was going to be after we left on holiday. We had to buy another bicycle rack elsewhere. I tried to cancel the order, got a ticket number but customer service blankly ignored my request. The bike rack was deliverd to my office while we were away. I logged a return and requested a refund on the 12th of January. Courier was suposed to collect within 3 days, but nothing has happened 12 days later. No answer when you try to call Loot. I have always been a Loot supporter, but am shocked with their current customer service.
