Very poor service from LOOT.co.za

I order 2 books from Loot.co.za It indicate that they have the books in stock. I received an e-mail later to inform me that one of the books are not in stock and they are waiting for it.

A week later I received a e-mail to inform me that my one book have been dispatched. They include a tracking number in the mail. This is what the tracking show:

I phoned them as doesn't indicate the status of my parcel. They informed me that my book is at my nearest PO. I went 3 days later to collect the book just to be informed by the PO that the parcel has been directed to a PO that doesn't exist. I phone Loot and informed them of that, where they told me it is not there problem as they don't deal with the courier company. I informed them that I have a contract with them and not with the courier company! No book and no refund!!!!!
