VERY IMPRESSED, EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I made a booking during the day of the 24/10/2017 and made the payment via EFT from Capitec to ABSA for the payment to Loot.co.za by the evening my payment has been received and started processing. But then I realised that my delivery address has not yet been updated and two very friendly agents assisted me with updating the delivery address. By 25/10/2017 my order was processed and set to be dispatched and by this morning (26/10/2017) it was already en route for delivery to me. I chose the ECO service which was expected to be sent out on the 27/10/2017 and delivered to me by 02/11/2017 but I am really surprised with the efficiency and service of Loot.co.za in conjunction with FedEx Express.

Well done guys! Will definitely be returning!
