Very disappointed ☹️

I’m very much unhappy. On the 10 November 2021 I placed an order of about 10k. When I was buying it said items are in stock I will get delivery 2-3 working days. After making a payment then delivery changer to earliest being 23 November and lates 24 November. 23 November came no communication from loot. I sent an email no response. 24 November came still no communication, I decided to phone them, only to hear “let me check with the supplier and we wait for their response” with worse money? You have been sitting for 2 weeks with my money not checking with supplier, if I had not called yesterday even now there would be no news. All I want is my money back so I can buy from people who actually have stock and value me as a customer!
