Very bad service and communication

I ordered shoes through Loot and it’s been a month now and still no delivery. I am very disappointed because each time I call them I am told the same story of them moving warehouses. It’s sad because I ordered these for an event. No one bothers to update me on what’s happening, I have to call them and send emails all the time and some times my emails go unnoticed. I am really disappointed with Loot and this is the last time I order anything there. It’s a lesson learned.
