Very bad service

I placed an order on the 26th of August, the dispatch date was sent as the 27th of August. I followed up on the 27th as to when delivery can be expected and was informed that it should be 3-5 working days from dispatch date. I phoned again on the 30th and was informed that my details were only sent to the supplier on the 30th. I followed up again on the 1st and was informed that the new dispatch date is the 7th of September. 8 days after the initial dispatch date. I phoned customer service and they informed me that this is only the date on which it will be dispatched, they cannot tell me when my delivery will actually arrive. This is absolutely unacceptable service and very poor communication.
