Useless service
The absolute worst service I have ever received. The support center lady that helped promised she would call back and of course never did. Got emails saying support tickets have been opened and I would be called back. Of course nothing. I called multiple times, had to wait 20 minutes each time waiting to get through to somebody. Was told they need to get hold of someone, can they call back. I begged to not be told that again. Issue still not resolved and I have not received my order since. Just close down, loot, you guys are useless.

26 Aug 2020, 10:52So 13 days after placing the order, they tell me that the item cannot be found in their warehouse and have ordered another one. Not sure when I was going to get told this. Thank you to the one Loot employee for helping me, you should leave and go to Takealot where all their support people do their jobs, you will fit in nicely.
