Useless Loot.co.za should just close down

Loot is just one big **** and I think it is about time the Consumer Commission gets involved, people are being taken for a ride by this company, there is just a lot happening with this company false advertising being one of them. I ordered books on the 20th November 2020 to date I have not received my order. I mean this is no way to conduct business, I have sent them a countless emails but still no response. South Africans should do an hourable thing, let us boycott this company until it goes out of business. And I also urge the Advertising Standards Authority to look at the way this company is conducting itself when it comes to its advertising, because customers are being misled with false advertising.
