Useless customer service

This is the first time I have used Loot. I have ordered 1 book, and then subsequently another book. The first book I ordered, they took my money and then advised it is on backorder and could take anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months. My friend ordered the same book from them after me on the same day and received hers within a week - so now try get them to explain why my book will take forever and hers took a week - No response to any emails. Waited forever on their call line, which eventually cut me off. It has been nearly 6 weeks and no sign of the first or second book I ordered and paid for. Finally I receive an email with a template response that has no bearing on my issue or the query I have. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't recommend them!
