[URL Removed] order takes 19 days to arrive
I am writing this report in the hope that others do not have to wait almost 3 weeks for an order to arrive from Loot. My order should arrive tomorrow, or by the latest Wednesday (14/05/2015), and I placed the order online on 23/04/2015.<br> <br> Having said that, the customer service at [URL Removed] when calling/emailing was always pleasant and helpful. Beryl was particularly professional and helpful. My problem is with the website in particular and with the upfront communication which SHOULD take place prior to the client paying. <br> <br> When viewing the product online the words \within 6-10 working days"were displayed in small [green] print below the product name. There was no context to this"
