Unwillingness to assist

<p>We purchased a tablet from look and 10 months later it would not work. We sent the tablet back and they refused to look at it because it was not in the original packaging. Who keeps the packaging for 10 months when there is hardly and space. we are now sitting with the tablet thats almost out of warrenty because of a box!</p>
