*************, Dishonest - Zero customer care. Avoid at all costs

If I count give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking service. I place an order on 18 Dec, with and was given a latest shipping date of 19 Dec. I was then told that one of the items was not available (even though it showed in stock), and was given the option of placing it on backorder and was promised that it would not affect the shipping of other non-backorder items on my order, occur any additional charges for the multiple deliveries. I was then told that the shipping date would be 06 Jan. After numerous wasted hours of telephone calls and e-mails, I have now been told that the order has been shipped, but that I cancelled the item on backorder (which I did not do)!
