Unprofessional and disappointing!

After placing my order I did not receive any confirmation or any updates via email that my order was placed and that payment was successful. I have also not received any updates regarding my order since it was placed 2 weeks ago. Tried following up with Loot multiple time and received no response from them. Still have no idea what’s going on with my order!
