******** charge for 'handling fee'

Charged me R300 "handling fee" for a product I returned, which I bought for R1999. They were happy to credit my loot account (after my complaints), but refused to credit my credit card with the full amount. ******** - refer CPA and ECTA. So, they can keep their R300 and loose a customer. How does that make business sense? Doesn't. Pathetic.
