Unhappy Customer

This is my complaint to Loots. I wish to express my dissatisfaction with your company regarding the handling of my order GKNW-412-B090. My order was placed on 23rd January 2024 and the delivery date was 1st February 2024. I believe that your supplier notified you in advance regarding unavailability of stock. Yet you had the audacity to inform me of the cancellation of my order on the day of the delivery as well as a 3 day waiting period for my refund. I find this behaviour outrageous and refuse to accept your apology. I will certainly not be doing business with your company in the future.
