********* business practice

I ordered some kitchen stuff for my wife and she doesn't like the product because it's too small, I called the call centre for the returns, to my surprise I'm told I have to arrange and pay for that service what on earth is this? I have never heard this kind of ********* practice. I have returned a lot of goods on take a lot , bid or buy , catch of the day without surprises or hidden agendas why don't you have your ********* practice on returns visible so that you don't have to sent it to us when they are issues
