I bought a 14-place dishwasher on the 6th of August. According to their website delivery is 3-5 working days. When I followed up, they told me that my order will be dispatched in 2 weeks, 19th of August. Today I received an email from them saying the Bosch 14 Place Setting Dishwasher is out of stock and they will be replacing it with the Bosch 13-Place Dishwasher and refund me the difference. I am very disappointed, you do not make such decisions without consulting with your customer first. I will not be bul**** by you loot.co.za, I am demanding a refund for this order immediately. I know you are very good at ignoring your customer reviews. You need to sort out this issue immediately.
