Undelivered order

Hi there, I placed an order (RFDF-270-B210) with Loot on the 16th of April for essential items. They delivered the pots on the 16th f April and the rest of the order was send out on the 5th of May (according to my order history) with LFX*** and a month later I still haven't received the balance of my order . I have emailed until I am tired as I getting no direct answer or update. It is impossible to courier an order for more than 30days and this was cooking items which were essential items during lockdown. I am really disappointed and disgusted by the lack of concern or service.
