Undelivered Fridge

I bought a fridge on the 19th November to date still no deliver, you request to speak to a manager they advise they working remotely. Ebrahim has promised to provide feedback never responds to email they cant transfer as they are working remotely so their internal process is just **** to say the least. Requested a refund still no feedback what a waste of time making a purchase through this company as I purchased the fridge due to the old one not working. Their set turnaround has long passed we now on 15 working days I would not recommend this organization to anyone rather pay more to get proper service....
