Unacceptable service from Loot.co.za

Order for desk unit was placed online and paid for on 2 June 2020. Latest shipping date is today 18 June 2020. Time is 18:06 now, desk unit has not been delivered. Calls are not answered, Emails to them are responded to with automated information after 3 days . Totally unacceptable service. Nobody seems to care, no explanation of what is happening, simply total disregard. Has Loot.co.za closed doors...
