terrible... never order from them. I ordered a treadmill 2 months ago , I have followed up 3 times now all useless, last lady was so oblivious she told me stock would be delivered 23rd March... i had to tell her that was over a month ago. She then said the procurement department would be in touch which was 4 days ago still nothing...
