Two months of waiting for my order

I placed my order on the 17th December, and it is now the 27th Jan and i am still waiting. i got an email today to say that it will be sent to me by the 11thof Feb which is two months since i ordered and paid for the goods. I keep getting the same excuse about the supply chain being an issue, but then i find that to be incorrect as my orders via other online services all arrive on time or early. I will never use them again. Stay clear of Loot, rather support other services that actual deliver
