Trying to purchase a book

I wanted to purchase a book for my father for his birthday. I contacted to Loot to ask how long the delivery would take as it did state "it may take long to ship". Loot confirmed no longer than 3 months. This was in October. In December I called again to confirm but was told to wait till end of January. As to I have not received the book. FIVE months later and they do not respond to email (as I am overseas) for a refund!
