Truly pathetic

2 weeks have gone by since I sent an item back that may or may not be malfunctioning. Raised a ticket and asked if the device should perform as it does, didn't get a reply, only a Fedex guy 2days after to take the item back. TWO ****ing weeks have gone by and they can't tell me if the item is broken or not! It's a heater by the way, by the time I receive it, it'll be summer. I cannot wait to be done with this ****ing pathetic "business", only reason I ordered from them is because I had a voucher due to their previous ****up. Piece of **** place. Never again, I'll advise anyone to rather pay a bit more and avoid these sharks. ***** donders!
