Treating customers unfairly due to Loots incompetency.

I bought a Coleman steel belted cooler from Loot. everything went well. The latch on the cooler didn't seal it properly but I thought that was how it should be. a while later a inspected a friends similar cooler and his worked perfectly. i returned the cooler. It Tool loot 3 weeks to make a call on it. NOW THEY ARE SAYING IT IS OUT OF STOCK AND CANT REPLACE IT, THERE IS ANOTHER Color IN STOCK BUT THE ITEM IS NO LONGER ON SALE AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPLACE IT DUE TO THE PRICE DIFERANCE. I FEEL THIS IS AGAINS TCF RULES.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REPORT THEM TO A GOVERNING BODY?
