Buy from Loot at your own peril. This must be the most *********** online store to buy from. They should be reported to the Consumer ombudsman. Read the other reviews and you will understand. Everyone passes the buck. It is not their department. It is not their problem. In the meantime you are left frustrated and they don't care. As long as they have your money you can wait. One month so far to have a returned item replaced.
