On 12 December 2022, I received an email that my order had been shipped. The day I received an email from Pargo that the item was on its way to my chosen collection point. Then nothing, absolute silence about the item reaching the collection point. 2 weeks ago I then phone Loot and they promised to call me back and of course they didn’t. This week I then receive an email that the item was lost and I should say whether I want it replaced or refunded. Called and asked for a refund and then nothing, no money and no communication.
