The Worst Agent

Terrible experience with customer service Jesse, he continues to make promises to attend to my return, has so far missed 3 confirmed appointments to call me back. Has made no attempt to contact supplier up until I called him the third time and made me wait on the line. I have spent close to an hour calling him, over a few days. Because of this ineffective agent I will never do business with Loot again. He also claims to have no management available to speak to me. And cannot confirm how many attempts he has made to reach out to supplier.
