The worse online store

Loot informed me that they could not deliver the item purchased and I have to pay delivery charges twice. My address is in Rosebank (very central) and there is a full time reception. Also no-one called when the alleged package was delivered. I don’t think anyone came out to deliver and this is tantamount to theft. The worse online company even if there prices appear reasonable do not purchase from this company as they are ******.
