<p>This was going to be a 1 star complaint, because you failed to secure an item that was ordered & paid for, well before christmas.. </p> <p>It's now a 4 star compliment, because of your customer service, following that incident..</p> <p>Next time, please phone [don't email] me when such an incident occurs..</p> <p>I only look at my private emails when I'm not working and not on holiday OR if I really have to because I know something's amiss (that's a very small window of opportunity..that costed you 1 star)</p>
