Thank you LOOT for a successful delivery

I recently decided to purchase an item from this online store. Before i actually did it i started reading reviews of this service provider...trying to establish if it was worth the trouble. I don't shop online from unknown service providers but they had a product that i've been searching for for ages, so my options were few.

Pages and pages of bad reviews...i was so disappointed to hear the horror stories but i took a leap of faith. I really wanted the product. The last step of the online purchase gave me the estimated delivery date which was about three weeks from the purchased date. The waiting was nerve wrecking...i spent R500 so i was worried about not receiving my goods.

One week LATER than the expected delivery date my product arrives at home in perfect order. It was a terribly long wait but THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU....LOOT. My first time purchase with you was a good experience!

And yes, i would recommend you. Like i said, my purchase was in perfect shape when i received it.

Point to note: The contact number for queries is non existent...NOBODY ANSWERS ANY CALLS. This is not good business practice. Could you please work on that.
