I recently ordered a Case-Mate Shell Case for my iPhone. Unfortunately it arrived missing a small part. I phoned [URL Removed] and Martin responded in an empathetic and efficient manner. He arranged for a replacement case to be ordered immediately. I received emails describing the status of the order and how the replacement process would work. Today (sooner than expected) I received my new Shell Case and it is perfect. What could have been an unpleasant situation was handled well and I will definitely buy from [URL Removed] again.
