Terrible. Stay away.

No clear communication from Loot, takes four days to respond - received two contradicting emails from them - one to say our documentation was received and the order would be dispatched and again another to say it was not. Extremely rude customer help centre. They claim they initiated a refund but we did not receive any documents, notification or email in this regard. Presently waiting to see if the refund will arrive or not. Money has disappeared from our bank account even though they claim they could not process the order.

Definitely stay away. Use Takealot.
