Terrible slow service

I am still waiting for this order despite paying extra for quick delivery. The tracking number you have given does not work and I can not get hold of the delivery company to schedule delivery. I ordered this on the 6th of July and it stated quite clearly that it would take 2 days before the item was sent, it took much longer and after paying for quick delivery I feel I have been duped and have just recieved normal slow delivery that cannot be tracked. I would like an appology for shoddy service, a refund on non existant fast delivery and to know what day and time I expect delivery as well as an explanation as to why you deal with a delivery company that shares your low standards of customer service.
