Terrible service yet again

With the last order delivered to a post office far far away, they advise I put the postal code to my nearest post office, and yet they delivered my parcel 34km away. The call centre agent tells then justifies it by saying I should have used the speed services courier if I want it delivered where I want, how they don’t get involved with redirecting the parcels and I must contact the post office branch myself and now its official I cant choose which post office I want it delivered. As long as its Pretoria, I must sort it out.
