Terrible Service! no help!

Purchased a Hisense LED TV as i was told it had a 4 warranty as other brands only offered 2 years. TV switch no longer works so sent the TV back. Been waiting for over a month for a refund/replacement of even the same TV back in working order. Terrible service with out any success. The returns "manager" Kevin cannot make a call and doesn't return any calls.

Im sure they wont even respond to all the Hello Peter reviews here.... Shocking!!
