Terrible Service... if any

My husband placed an order "ZBXW-270-B940" on the 19 April 2020. Expected shipping was the 15 May. The date came and it passed and no correspondence... all of a sudden he got a mail saying: Order cancelled and "We would like to assure you that this incident was purely a result of unlucky timing" Bla bla... ****. Because MOMEMTUM has partnered with this pathetic "LOOT" company, we have to use them for discounts. When MOMENTUM used Takealot, the service was excellent. Not a single complaint! So my husband replaced the Loot order for the same product paying more this time!!! Order number BBMP-274-B910 on the 20 May 2020. Expected shipping date was for the 4th June 2020. The date came and gone AGAIN. NO correspondence and no replying on mail. AGAIN. The order is a baby bath for crying out loud... we can walk into any baby shop now and buy one! Now that Level 4 lockdown is over we will do that, but to get our money back from these *********, will never happen. Our baby is going to be here before they have delivered the bath. Since placing an order with Loot we have also ordered from Takealot.... about 5 packages and they all arrived sooner than promised with clear communication on the status of all orders. LOOT needs to get their act together or they will have some law suites coming their way.
