Terrible service from loot.co.za

I ordered a soda stream for Christmas on the 9th of December with the latest shipping date the 19th of December. The 20th I sent a mail to loot to ask where my package is as it still has not even been shipped from them. Received and automated response the 23rd . Still have not received a mail or message that it has been shipped.
