Terrible service from Loot - going back to Takealot

Only efficient to take your money, terrible service thereafter, delays and incorrect order status' on their online tracking. Even when you log a support ticket to find out whats going on with your order 6 days later still no feedback. (Order: LWZL-280-B680) The only area Loot excel in is their marketing, its sad that their service offering does not match. Will be going back to Takealot who have much better customer service.
