Terrible service

I order a cartridge from Loot during Lock down, with an estimate delivery time of 1 week, I was already back at work, and still not received my cartridge, after many phone calls I was eventually refunded, this was terrible.

So I decided to make use of them again, received my order in good time, as determent by delivery times, but the one article I ordered (a pants) was way to big, and I lodged a return ticket. Received the mail, with the collection code, that was suppose to take place on the 2nd, no one came, I then sent an e-mail asking when will the collection take place, and still received no answer. I again rent an e-mail today, but I am not holding my breath.

The service rendered by Loot as absolute terrible, and I will rather do without, or pay extra, than to make use of them again.
