TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE service!!! AFTER numerous of attempts to contact you (via phone, email and social media) my order was cancelled after 2 weeks because it was out of stock. By chance of miracle its now available again (after 2 days) at a much higher price! How can you run a business if you don't even answer your phone??? I'm sorry, I've spend over R120 000 with you guys, but I will NEVER EVER shop with you again! People, stay CLEAR of LOOT!!!
