Terrible service

Absolutely terrible service.

I have placed 3 orders. 2 of the orders have no expected dispatch date, as it says the stock is on order.

I ordered a gas heater in another order. After a month I get an email saying they couldn't source the heater, and they have credited my Loot account, but if I want a refund I have to email them with my details. I have emailed every day for a week, and have received no response.
