Terrible Service and Delivery

Ordered a heater on 24 May 2020 which was in stock at the time (SPML-274-B910). The expected delivery date was 09 June 2020. I have not received the heater more than a month later. There is no way to contact Loot, they are not replying to e-mails and I am unable to get a refund. First and last time I'm ordering from Loot.
