terrible service!

I have purchased from loot before and always had good service and fast delivery except my current order.

I placed an order online for 4 items including textbooks which I needed urgently, order was placed 23rd Feb and till today 18.03.2021 it hasn't been dispatched after I contacted them twice the status changed to 'being packed' on the 11.03.2021!

I understand there are processes that need to be followed and some products are bought from 3rd parties but this is ridiculous, I am behind in classes cause I don't have my textbooks, when I contacted them the 3rd time and asked about cancelling my order or estimate delivery time they just put my order on hold without confirming anything which probably caused further delays, when I asked again they said its ready to be dispatched so I said fine deliver it but 2 days later it still shows 'being packed'

they didnt even apologise or try to speed up the order or even offer a reasonable expectation

very rude!
