Terrible service

What a terrible experience. I will never use them again. Rather use takealot. I ordered something, delivery in Johannesburg. Delivery took almost a month... When nothing arrived and I had to phone them, they just casually told me the item is not available amy more. And I now have a very expensive credit with them. And the customer services lady cannot help me, she is just there for customer services (her words)???
