Terrible Returns and Customer Service

Terrible returns service. Waited 2 months for an item to be replaced due to a clear fault which they themselves acknowledged but instead they sent the item back even though it was within the warranty period. They also stole some accessories from the package before returning it. Rather spend the extra money and get your stuff from Takealot, much better customer service. I've been buying from them for over 10 years but won't do so anymore. ********** experience.
